Visual Cylinder Inspector Training Workshop
Florida Scuba Repair is pleased to host the P.S.I. (Professional Scuba Inspectors') Visual Cylinder Inspector (V.C.I.) Training Program. The 6 - 8 hour course is an intensive lecture, discussion, demonstration and hands-on experience for both the active cylinder inspector and those people who foresee the need of obtaining a qualified skill in the diving industry. This Training Program meets the general requirements of Title 49 CFR 172.700 for D.O.T. HAZMAT Training of employees utilizing high pressure cylinders (Dive Shops, Air Stations Fillers, Fire Departments, Hydrostatic Re-qualifiers, Gas Suppliers, Etc.)

The total cost of the program is $ 310.00, which includes the required text "Inspecting Cylinders, SCUBA and SCBA", Registration and Certification with the Professional Scuba Inspectors, and taxes. 0.8 hours of C.E.U. are available with registration through N.A.U.I. , for an additional $ 40.00 . Recertification is $ 225.00 for past PSI Inspectors, and Update training is available for current PSI Inspectors within their 3 year expiration date $ 125.00.
